There are also some additional, short questions to help us understand the situation for clubs in the county around golfers with disabilities, which it would really help us, if they could also be completed. Once you have answered all the questions, please click "Submit Form" to send us your answers.

Thank you, in anticipation of your assistance.

Following on from the success of our inaugural championship for golfers with disabilities, can we ask what your club has done to accommodate golfers with disabilities? Have you reviewed disability access to the course, practice facilities, the clubhouse? Please remember actions you may have taken for these golfers are also likely to benefit those with other physical restrictions, potentially age related.
