Duck wins Lancs U14 boys' title by six shots

OLIVER Duck cruised to a six-shot victory in the Lancashire Under-14 Boys'
Championship at Southport Old Links.
The six handicapper from Childwall posted two-over-par 74, containing three
birdies on the front nine cancelled out by as many bogeys and he could
afford to drop two more shots on the home stretch.
Host club player Joshua Lang, who plays off five, leaked three strokes on
the opening hole but two birdies helped to erase some of the damage.

Old Links); 81 Liam Gobin (10, Sandiway), Sam McGlincy (9, Hillside).
