From 1st November 2016 the process for clubs to pay their affiliation fees to the national and local governing bodies changed to match the clubs individual membership renewal date. Please complete the form below to provide us with the information required to manage this process.

Whilst we do already hold much of the contact information requested, this is an opportunity for us to ensure they are up to date, also many  clubs are managed by volunteers and these details can change regularly.
