Centenary Club Competition

The Heysham pairing of President Ian Gardner and Vice Captain Anthony Johnson won the final Centenary Competition with a score of 44 points in the Four Ball Better Ball event held at Fairhaven Golf Club. It was quite fitting that Heysham proved victorious since they are also celebrating their centanary this year.
They finished two points ahead of Whalley represented by Mel Earle and David Flanagan.
The Fairhaven Golf Club are to be congratulated on the excellent condition of their course and for the way they looked after all the competitiors.
