Player Development Pathway

We actively encourage all new and established players in the county, from beginner through to our elite teams.

It is our aim to provide a clear pathway from being introduced to the game, to our County Academy Programme for juniors, to junior team coaching, then progressing into the main men’s and women’s squads.

Our mission is to grow the game of golf in Lancashire, and we do not expect all who take up golf to progress right through every stage. However, if we can encourage more players to enjoy the game of golf, at every level, this will help the sport prosper in the future.
