Open to Life or Annual Members of the Lancashire Union of Golf Clubs only. Pairs must be members of the same club. Players must have a valid handicap at the time of entry. Entries may be refused or cancelled at the discretion of the organisers.

Top Three pairs qualify for the Finals Day at Fairhaven Golf Club on 15th September 2021.
